Located at Larrazabal Boulevard and San Pedro Street, this structure facing the Ormoc Bay has an area of 3,782 meters and a maximum capacity of approximately 5,000 people. Due to its undeniably huge size, this structure is the ideal venue for socio-cultural activities in the city like concerts, conferences, pageants, sports activities like basketball and volleyball, and other relevant activities such as training seminars. It was also used as a venue during the vaccination drive by the local government during the onset of the pandemic.
