Puente de la Reina, or "Bridge of the Queen," was actually built in the early 1800s and finished in 1861. The aforementioned bridge was used as a docking facility during the Spanish era for sailboats, vintas of other foreign nationalities who frequently travelled to the island to promote their goods.
It is interesting to note that Puente de la Reina is thought by experts to be the last remnant of Spanish colonization in Ormoc City. If you want to take a look at it, it is located close to the former twin structures hosting the city's executive and legislative branches as well as next to the former city hall, which has been transformed into the Ormoc City Museum that you see today.
