Manlilinao Elementary School

History: The Manlilinao Elementary School is one of the most beautiful view or scenery that I have seen in Brgy. Manlilinao, Ormoc City. The classroom buildings are well-arranged in a U-shape, facing the main road of the said barangay. The growing Indian tress in front of the builidings which are about 6 meters away from the buildings, give a magnificent and shade to the school. And its playground, wow it's so amazing . It is very wide with green and health lakan grass that is very appealing to the children, teachers and to the community. Upon looking at the wide playground especially in the afternoon, we could really see the beauty of nature. It is refreshing. All our stress and anxiety will be wiped out due to the cool and fresh air that surrounds the environment. There is no pollution around. The place is so relaxing. The Manlilinao Elementary School teacher including myself, use to sit on the grass every afternoon, in a hill which is full of growing trees that contribute to the freshness and cleanliness of the moving air. The Manlilinao Elementary School children gas maintained the cleanliness of the playground by cutting the grass short during ground improvement and by picking up wrappers and pieces of paper after recess and after class hours in the afternoon. It is a daily routine task of the pupils. Indeed, Brgy. Manlilinao is gifted with a simpe place like this and it should be taken cared of the Manlilinao because this is where the young children stay during classes, the place where they learn and widen their knowledge. It is such a child-friendly school and conducive to learning.
