Cong. Dodong Codilla of the 4th District of Leyte leads the ribbon cutting during the opening of Kambacbac-Domonar Road. This connects the town of Polompon and the city of Ormoc which eases the travel of motorists with in the district. The congressman is with son Winnie Codilla and Brgy Officials and the 4th LED personnel. This is another project that Congressman Codilla wants to leave to the constituents. While son Winnie said if given the mandate, he wants to continue his father's program.
